This session is designed as a progression from physical therapy, with a greater emphasis on performance and strength training. It includes one-on-one training that builds on your existing plan of care, along with ongoing assessment and strength-based treatment as appropriate. This serves as an extension of your physical therapy as you continue to improve function.
