Your first appointment! I will take the time to listen to you and your goals. I will then do an assessment and get your treatment plan going! This may also include a home or gym based program that you will incorporate your rehab!

PT Initial Visit

This is the visit following an initial evaluation. I will continue to assess your progress and make necessary changes to your plan of care and program. Remember, progress isn't linear! So the amount of follow up visits is different for everyone!

PT Follow Up

We will discuss what's going on and your goals and help you decide if PT is a good fit or will help you go in the right direction if other services are needed. This does not include an examination or any treatment.

Consultation

MUST BE ESTABLISHED PATIENT. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TRAINING PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST! 

Less PT and more training. Session will include 1 on 1 training that is a carry over from your PT sessions and plan of care. Will include assessment and strength based treatment as necessary. This is an extension from physical therapy visits as you increase function!
